Stepping into Mercy Hotel Hanoi was like entering a soothing oasis in the heart of bustling Hai Ba Trung. the staff were not just helpful, but also attentive, making sure every need was met with a warm smile. the quiet ambiance of the hotel offered a serene retreat after exploring the vibrant streets of Hanoi. While the location was convenient for those needing access to the international hospital, the neighborhood didn't offer much in terms of charm or character. However, the hotel's facilities, including the shared lounge and restaurant, provided cozy spaces to unwind and savor delicious meals. Some rooms even offered stunning city views, adding a touch of magic to the stay. Although my experience was fine overall, I might consider exploring other accommodations in the area on my next visit to Hanoi. Nonetheless, Mercy Hotel's peaceful ambiance, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms make it a decent choice for travelers seeking a tranquil stay in this bustling city.
